Watch Nirvana do "MTV Unplugged" (Videos)
Monday was the 27th anniversary of Kurt Cobain's death, and here are some highlights from Nirvana's MTV Unplugged performance.
I’m late to acknowledge it, but Monday was the 27th anniversary of Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain’s death. I never was the biggest fan of Nirvana’s music, but I do like certain songs.
Back when MTV was a music channel, its series of “Unplugged” shows was fantastic. Nirvana recorded theirs in late 1993, mere months before Cobain died.
Here are my favorite tracks from the show, including a version of David Bowie’s
”The Man Who Sold The World.”
